Environmental Protection and Laws

We actively participate in environmental advocacy utilizing these laws by:

(1) attending public meetings regarding development projects that may have adverse impacts on our environment,
(2) commenting on environmental review documents,
(3) negotiating and working with the governmental agencies and with development proponents,
(4) and occasionally, enrolling our legal system to protect our environment when all other options have been exhausted.
